Introduction
The Antiquities Imperial Kingdom of YHDHYCQN is the Native Slave Descendants of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade Diaspora Exile that hail from the former Territories known as “NEGROLAND” later to be known by the dialect of the many Colonists Slave Captors paronomasia forms of WHIDDAH, WHYDAH, WHIDAH, FIDA, HUEDA, OUIDAH, JUDA.


The Antiquities Imperial Kingdom of YHDHYCQN is an austerity Theocratic High-Priest Government not based on Religion; nor based on modern Judaic culture but an ethno-religion that maintains the Tribal Legacy, Culture, Language, Ordinances, Statutes and traditions as established and ordained by YHWH to the Ancient Holy Royal Order of MLKTZDK known as the A.H.R.O.M Agency of YHWH. The A.H.R.O.M Agency serves as the Central Administration Government for the Antiquities Imperial Kingdom of YHDHYCQN, and it also serves the Tribal Governments and Sovereign Kingdoms that are aligned with the A.H.R.O.M. Agency Intra-tribal Coalition Program as a Central Administration Government to administer those initiatives and incentives established through the A.H.R.O.M Agency Department- Ministry of Commerce & Exchange Special Intra-Tribal Coalition Program.


Here within the contents of this letter, it is our objective as a Kingdom of PRAISE to establish the first City of Refuge as a Safe Haven that is in accordance with the Scriptures, which requires Cities of Refuge be built for all people that suffer such as a means of loving others as ourselves. Our rough estimate to build each City of Refuge is $4B - $5B USD, based on the figures that are shown below and what we anticipate the costs for the items that we must obtain cost assessments for. We project this to be a 3–5-year project that will provide many jobs in every city that we build.

• Natural Energy Power-Power of Choice Utilities Services (Cost to be determined)
• Vertical Axis Wind Turbine, Solar-powered and Energy-efficient Homes, @ $500,000/VAWT System
• Clean Fresh Water source

• Health & Wellness – Mobile units & Medical Facility – 2 @ $450,000 each
• Agricultural farming - Land, Equipment, Operating costs, etc. - $5,157,500.
• Project Aquaponic and Hydroponic farming – Indoor 5-story Greenhouse - $2.5M
o Hydroponic System - 90 lbs. of fish produced each year; 180 lbs. of tomatoes annually; 333 heads of lettuce per year. In DWC 90% Less

water is used as it is being recycled and reused. Simple and easy to replace mechanical components. Fully automated water circulation.

• Housing & development – 10,000 Affordable Housing units – Single Family homes 2-4 bedrooms, Condominiums, Townhouses, Multi-family housing buildings - $2.4B (Avg. Cost per home $202,000)
• Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade Expedition (T.A.S.T.E.) Museum & Library -

International Commerce & Exchanges System of Trade
• A State-of-the-Art Distribution Hub – Purpose of the Infrastructure, development, re-development, and implementation of the International Commerce & Exchanges, where importing and exporting (by Land, Air & Water), Trading, exchanging, bartering, and selling will take place.
• State-of-the-art manufacturing corridor to process the Moringa and Cotton into various merchandise: clothing, health care products, etc.
• Develop a State-of-the-Art Shipping Yard & Airport

• Health Care Facility – offering Urgent & Non-Urgent health care

Agricultural farming
• State-of-the-Art Five-story indoor Greenhouse using Aquaponics & Hydroponic techniques, reducing the amount of land needed to grow and cultivate crops without the need for soil or watering systems, Climate controlled, Cotton, Hemp, Flax, sweet potatoes
• Moringa farming – 10K Hectares allocated – with – farming in one-acre farmland may require about 450 to 550 trees @ 6.0×6.0-meter spacing.
